Neighborhood


Monterey Heights is situated on the western slope of Mount Davidson. Stately homes with larger yards, front and back, characterize Monterey Heights, giving it a slightly affluent suburban feel.  Many of the homes are quite majestic, although there is a large spectrum of styles and sizes. Immediately southwest of Twin Peaks, this segment is nestled near St. Francis Wood, Sherwood Forest and Westwood Highlands.
